Seam split, colour ran, zip came loose? Fill in the claim form — we accept your claim straight away, give it a number and resolve it within 30 days at the latest.

  1. 1

    Fill in the form

Describe the fault and, if you like, how you’d prefer the claim to be resolved. We’ll give you a claim number REK-…

  2. 2

    Send the item by courier

Pack the item so it can’t be damaged in transit and send it by courier to the store address — not by post, not to a pick-up point and never cash on delivery. Include your claim number.

  3. 3

    The manufacturer assesses the fault

We accept the claim and send the item to the manufacturer for assessment — they judge material and workmanship faults. We take care of this; you don’t need to contact anyone. We’ll keep you updated by email.

  4. 4

    Resolved within 30 days

By law, we resolve your claim within 30 days of it being made at the latest.

Send by courier only

  • Send the item by courier directly to the store address — not by Slovak Post, not to a pick-up point or parcel locker. Postal deliveries aren’t made to this address, so they won’t reach us.
  • Never send the parcel cash on delivery or with any other charge payable by us — we can’t accept such a parcel and the carrier will return it to the sender.
  • For warranty claims, we cover the return shipping costs — get in touch before sending and we’ll send you instructions or a prepaid shipping label.

Warranty claims don’t cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage caused by use contrary to the instructions, or faults for which you were given a discount. You’ll find the details in our terms and conditions. If you just want to return an item without giving a reason, use withdrawal from the contract instead.

Photos of the fault (optional, max. 5)

A photo of the fault speeds up the assessment considerably. JPEG, PNG or WebP — we’ll shrink large photos automatically.
