Withdrawal from the contract online

You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Fill in the form — no explanation needed, and we’ll confirm receipt of your notice by email straight away.

Fill in the form
All we need is your name, order number and email. We’ll give you a notice number ODS-… and email you a confirmation.

Send the goods by courier within 14 days
Pack the goods so they can’t be damaged in transit, include a copy of the receipt and quote the notice number. Send them by courier to the store address — not by post, not to a pick-up point and never cash on delivery.

We refund your payment
We’ll refund your payment within 14 days of the day we received your withdrawal notice at the latest. By law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you’ve sent them.

Send by courier only

Send the goods by courier directly to the store address — not by Slovak Post, not to a pick-up point or parcel locker. Postal deliveries aren’t made to this address, so they won’t reach us.
Never send the parcel cash on delivery or with any other charge payable by us — we can’t accept such a parcel and the carrier will return it to the sender.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Get in touch before sending — we’ll advise you how to send the parcel so it actually reaches us.
