Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) when you visit the online shop. On your next visit, the website reads them, which allows it to remember, for example, the contents of your cart or that you are signed in.

Other browser storage (local storage, session storage) works in a similar way. For simplicity, in this policy we refer to it together with cookies as “cookies”.

• Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
• First-party cookies — set directly by our website.
• Third-party cookies — set by external services that we use on the website.

• To make the cart, checkout and sign-in to your customer account work.
• To remember your cookie choice.
• To protect forms and orders against bots.
• With your consent — to measure traffic, find out where orders come from and improve the website.

We divide cookies into three categories. Essential cookies are always active; we only activate the others on the basis of your consent (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications).

• Essential — technical cookies necessary for the online shop to work: cart contents, sign-in, completing an order, form protection and storing your cookie choice. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics — measure traffic and behaviour on the website (Google Analytics 4, Heureka conversion tracking) and store the traffic source, which is saved with your order when you place one.
• Marketing — used to personalise advertising and measure its effectiveness, including outside this website (Meta Pixel and Conversions API — ads on Facebook and Instagram).

With marketing consent, we send Meta data about page visits, products viewed, items added to the cart and purchases — both from your browser (Meta Pixel) and from our server (Conversions API). We pass on contact details from the order (e-mail, phone, name, city, postcode) only in hashed form (SHA-256). Without consent, none of this is sent.

• ComGate payment gateway — when paying by card, you are taken to the gateway’s page, which uses its own cookies in accordance with its policy.
• Packeta pick-up point selection (for delivery to the Czech Republic) — the map of pick-up points is loaded from the Packeta server and may use its own cookies.
• DPD pick-up point or locker selection — we load the list of points from the DPD server via our own server, so your browser does not communicate with DPD. If you open the DPD map, it is loaded from the DPD server (pus-maps.dpd.sk), which may use its own cookies. The “Near me” button uses your location only if you allow it in your browser — rounded to about 100 m, it is sent to our server only to find the nearest points, and we do not store it.
• Store map — the base map is loaded from Esri servers; it does not store cookies, but the server will see your IP address.
• Google reCAPTCHA — loaded to protect forms and orders against bots.

On your first visit, we show you a banner in which you decide which categories of cookies to allow.

• You can give consent to everything at once (“Allow all”), refuse it (“Reject”) or choose only some categories in the settings.
• Consent is voluntary — you can use the online shop fully with essential cookies only.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer or the button on this page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
• When you withdraw consent, we immediately delete the analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_* and fs_utm) and marketing cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and stop the tracking.
• We remember your choice for 12 months. If we change the policy significantly, we will ask you again.
• Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

You can also manage cookies directly in your browser — block them, delete them or have a warning displayed before they are stored:

• Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
• Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
• Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data (on iPhone and iPad: Settings → Safari).
• Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.

If you block cookies completely, some features of the online shop, such as the cart or sign-in, will not work.

Some cookies contain data that is considered personal data (e.g. a device identifier). Its processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. You will find details of the processing and of your rights on the /ochrana-udajov page.
