The material does the rest — a stretchy cotton blend holds its shape and wicks sweat, a firmer weave handles tougher training. A beginner needs a comfortable, easy-to-handle type to learn proper wrapping; advanced fighters will appreciate stiffer support and a secure thumb loop. Remember that wraps protect what matters most — your hands — and it pays to master wrapping right from the start. Choose the length by the size of your hand and your fighting style.
